Live team trivia at local establishments is our bread and butter.
Come in with a group or by yourself. We create a newcomer friendly environment. You’ll have no problem hooking up with a team if you don’t come with one. You can have up to 6 people on a team.
You’ll wanna show up early so you can take advantage of any happy hour specials & so you guarantee yourself a choice table. They fill up quick. Check for upcoming trivia events near you.
We’ll pass out the “Trivia Packets” which include a name-card and rule page & blank answer sheets which you turn in after each round of questions.
The trivia subject manner is vast and encompassing – everything from aardvarks to ZZTop. In addition to a buttload of ‘general knowledge’ trivia, we usually throw in a music round and a pop culture or current event round as well.
We have a mic and we’re not afraid to embarrass you with it. Party with us. If you’re at a show to celebrate a birthday or any other special event, we want to know about it. We will most definitely take a moment and embarrass the living hell out of the birthday girl/boy, bachelor/bachelorette or the recently suddenly unemployed.
In addition to geek bragging rights, the winning teams win prizes (usually gift cards or certificates) offered up by the hosting establishment & occasionally we’ll have movie passes or local sporting event tickets as additional conditional prizes.
We officiate these contests with the utmost of objectivity & fairness. With that being said, our objectivity & fairness is for sale & can be purchased with drinks, cash &/or favors (we are a mere reflection of the harsh politics of real life.)
